DEVOLUCIONES
Si el producto pedido no cumple totalmente con tus expectativas, puedes devolverlo sin problema si su estado sea sin usar y en perfectas condiciones. Cuando hagas una devolución, debes devolver todo el pedido, incluido cualquier producto que hayas recibido de forma gratuita como parte de una oferta (muestras y regalos).
Dispones de 30 días desde la fecha de entrega para devolver tus productos si no te sirven. Todas las devoluciones se reembolsarán mediante el mismo método de pago empleado en el pedido original.
Sigue los siguientes pasos para devolver tu producto. Ten en cuenta que no aceptamos devoluciones de pedidos online en nuestras tiendas físicas.
1/ Haga clic en el enlace "devolver mi pedido" que encontrará en el e-mail de confirmación de entrega o bien póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.
2/ Imprima y pegue la etiqueta de devolución prepagada, que encontrará en su pedido, en el exterior del paquete que desea devolver. Si no tiene esta etiqueta de devolución prepagada, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.
3/ Conserva la prueba de entrega en la que se muestra el número de paquete.
4/ Su devolución tardará entre tres y cinco días laborables en llegar a nuestros almacenes. Una vez recibida, el reembolso se efectuará en uno o dos días laborables. En función de su banco, el reembolso podría tardar entre cinco y siete días laborables en figurar en su cuenta.
